Terms Charge account payments are due by the 27th of the month following the month in which Custom Care provides service. If payment is not received by the 28th Custom Care shall debit the customer's charge card. If custom Care is unable to collect payment from a customer's charge card, customer shall pay interest on the charge account balance at the rate of one and 1/2% per month. (18% per annum) commencing on the date the payment was due (i.e, the 27th of the month) until paid in full. Customer shall also reimburse Custom Care for any costs incurred in collecting past due amounts (including, but not limited to, bank fees, attorney fees, and court costs).
